It is sheer, like a charcoal color, with a floral print, and I also have white fabric that was to go under it. It was for a bridesmaid dress, and then the bride decided to go with an off the rack dress instead. I hate to throw it away, so I would be happy to mail it to someone who might make something nice out of it. If you are interested, please PM me your mailing address.

I took a pic with my crappy camera phone... the bright part is how it looks over the white fabric. The dark part is how it looks folded up in multiple layers. I know nothing about fabric, so I can't tell you what kind of fabrics they are.
