If more people would relax with a good craft project, maybe there wouldn't be so much tension in the world! LOL! I work part time (10 hours a week) at a nursing home in the Activities department. The director is not crafty so I do all the crafts. It is a great deal of fun and the residents enjoy the crafts so much. It makes them feel very proud of themselves when they complete a project. If you like crafts and have some time to spare, I would encourage you to check out a local nursing home and ask if you can do a craft project with them once a month. You would gain so much pleasure from doing this!

1. Wow that is a nice idea. Do you bring all the materials to make |
|
the craft or do they have everything you need there.
I have been looking for a way to volunteer and that sound like a great idea. When I was a kid my mother was always making things and she would teach us and I loved it. Now I have an Etsy shop and I have to make earrings and it is getting to be not so fun. I want to try something new.
