Was a post awhile back about headlight modulators to increase
disability. Did some research and discovered that most serious injury accidents are front end collusions caused by illegal left turn in front of the bike and cars pulling into an intersection in front of the bike. That did it for me, had to get a modulator. JC Whitney has one for $38 including S&H. I'll let you know how it works!

1. You should already have a "passing switch" on the Hyosung
It's the yellow switch on the lefthand side, right behind the clutch lever. I'm not sure how add-on modulators are designed to work, but this switch will flash your brights off and on when you're making a left or passing. I tend to forget it's there, but I intend to begin using it to avoid becoming a hood ornament for somebody's Prius.

2. The JC whitney device turns the high beam on and off ten times
a second, sort of like a strobe. There is an external switch to turn the device off for night use. It functions all the time the bike is running.

Stats show that most serious injury is from frontal impact, ie, a car pulling into an intersection or making a left turn in front of the bike. The purpose of the flashing light is to attract attention, to make the bike visible to motorists.

Anyway, it's worth a try.
