4. No PMS here in Florida
I can't imagine living in a place where you have to drive a cage in the winter. My brother in Ohio complains of PMS (Parked Motorcycle Syndrome) a lot. We don't have that down here. The winter time is the best time for us.

5. Oklahoma usually isn't too bad
I've ridden at least a few times through the last couple winters but this winter has just been a bitch. Not a lot of snow, ice and sleet, just bitter cold. I don't mind riding some in the cold, but it's a 100 mile commute from the town where my home is to the town where I work during the week (OKC and Tulsa) and my old bones just aren't up to it like they used to be.

6. Oklahoma is beautiful
I used to visit there in the spring and fall. I've got kin outside Shawnee.
You have some great countryside out there. I especially like some of the river roads.

7. yes it is
I hear you about the river roads, I have my favorites I like to ride every chance I get. There is some really good riding country in the southern part of the state, down around the Turner Falls/Arbuckle mountains areas. I'm headed back down that way as soon as I can get a few days off.

8. I rode a couple of days last week
but we've had rain, freezing temps and strong winds this week. Next week should be better, though.
