Catalina Island Grand Prix

Is going to run on Dec. 4 and 5 of this year. In one month.
This is the Isle of Man of Los Angeles. This used to take place every year but due to environmental considerations, and possibly 1000 other things, it ended about 1964.
They are going to try to run this every year now. Do not count on it. It may well be the only year.
I am close enough to go for the day, on two days, but I may be able to stay somewhere.
Most of the hotels/motels are booked/reserved already.
