May I say that with the Death of Falwell, another enemy is gone?

It is about time WE came to the realization that WE HAVE ENEMIES, and their failures and their deaths are NOT a cause for our remorse.

Falwell helped kill every single gay person who has died of a hate crime since 1980.
Falwell helped kill every single soldier who has died in Iraq.
Falwell helped kill every single Iraqi civilian who has died since 2003.
Falwell's legacy will kill Women who die for the lack of health care or a safe and legal abortion.

I don't believe in Hell, but if I did, I would believe he is there, now.

Falwell and Robertson (!!) are multi-millionaires. Jesus, Gandhi, Mother Teresa, Che, Hugo Chavez, Fidel Castro -- all of my heroes reject $$$.

The wealth of the "religious" simply disgusts me and keeps me far, far from any "organized religion".

3. I've been chewing on this since he died and this is what I think.

A very important cog has been removed in this whole fundamentalist Christian movement. Some of the structure is going to start coming apart and I believe it will be the start of the waning influence of this diabolical consortium. I'm keeping my fingers crossed.

Now if we good get the goods on the Rev. Moon (whom I consider nothing more than a crook), another very influential (moneywise) cog will be taken out further eroding the influence of this movement. Legally, someone (hopefully Congress) will start investigating this Messiah for how he gets his income and his business deals.
