Is this seen to be an important element of supporting available/legal abortion ?
Could "Pro-Choice" be replaced ?
How interested are "Pro-Choice" people in making appeals to gray-area, in-betweener voters ?
----------------------------------------------
This discussion is predicated on survey discussions with "Pro-Life" leaning voters. Some of these voters lean over quite a ways, of course. A surprising number do not.
What comes out is that a good half of these "Pro-Life" voters differentiate opposing abortion, generally, with wanting to outlaw it as a matter of course. The language of the questions matter.
Take away the capital letters and just about everybody is pro-life. What else ? You would have to stop breathing asap to declare otherwise. For a neutral observer, this pro-life thing has a built in advantage.
Choice is more complicated.
Choice =Not_Equal= Necessity
This problem with necessity... a blind spot for using "Pro-Choice." Any comments ???
