Before you or a stranger needs an "ethically challengable"
prescription, ask your pharmacist if they have a problem with filling Rx's for emergency contraception. I did. I was willing to go to another pharmacy if they couldn't meet my needs or someone else's who was having a crisis and needed EC.

1. That is a really simple, but GREAT idea.
I don't want to provide a penny to a place that won't hire pharmacists to do their damn job, even if I personally never have to use the service.

2. Excellent idea...!
I did some research on-line when I moved. At the time my local pharmacy wasn't one that had ever denied women emergency contraception--so I was satisfied with that.

I'm proud of my dh. I've told him (ad nauseum) about Walgreen's being one of the pharmacies that allowed pharmacists to deny rx's on moral grounds. He won't spend ANY money there. :bounce:
