The Daily Show, The Colbert Report, and Countdown with Keith Olbermann are, we think, central to this new humorous approach to news. But, we want to hear what you have to say. Hello to all,

News as Comedy, Comedy as News -- So What!?

The Colbert Report and The Daily Show sparked a group of students at UC Berkeley to ask what it means to have mainstream news and politics to be laughable, and for sharp critique to come mostly from comedy-news shows.
The Colbert Report and The Daily Show seem central to this new humorous approach to news. But, we want to ask as wide an audience as possible what they think this means.
