and escalate it as far as you can until you talk to someone who'd be willing to help you. If that doesn't work then I'd recommend writing a concise and clear email detailing your story, your complaints, and what you'd like them to do for you. Then go online to
http://www.vonage.com/corporate/corp_contact.php and send your email to the vonage board of directors. Could also file a claim with the BBB (I would do this no matter what else you decided to do).
If you want to put a little more money into it you could file a lawsuit in small claims (
