Dry basement
Love my house I bought 2 years ago except for the water getting into the basement every wet season. Mold.
So, I fall for this salesman for Everdry basements. Sure come on out and tell me what to do. I've know folks that were thrilled with their work, but I can't spend 20 grand. Well after telling him about being retired, fixed income, blah blah blah. He hooks me up for 6 grand. Dug out around the inside walls, all by hand. Put in new tile, new sump pump with battery back up and this thing called EZbreathe. My dehumidifier use to run 24hrs and never shut off. Now, it started the rainy season and it shut down. I had set it a 50% and it show 45%. Even set at 50 it never went below 70. I think the EZbreathe cost about $1,500, it was part of the deal. Can't beat it for dampness, mold and air circulation. No filter or anything to fool with.
One thing that blew my mind was that they did all this work in 8 hours. 5 the first day and 3 the next. Dug out all the cement and carried it out by hand and then mixed and laid the new cement by hand.
I have no interest in the company or the product. Just very happy. Hope this can help some one else.
