Newbie question about ebay businesses

Hi ... so far, I've only bought from Ebay. But I've been toying with the idea of doing an Ebay drop-ship business, and was wondering if anyone has used a company like doba.com? Is it worth the effort? (It's part-time thing, to make a little extra income to pay off bills.)

Give it a try, or is the idea too good to be true?

1. Even with the free trial at doba, wouldn't you have to actually subscribe?

For a minimum amount of time? Tha basic is $50/month.

I know next to nothing, and probably even less, about drop ship and using it on eBay.

3. Dropshipping *can* be a very lucrative business, but it doesn't happen overnight

I've been doing it for a couple of years and I haven't "made it big" yet..

As with any business, it takes time, work and dedication to be successful. If anyone tells you that you be making thousands of dollars overnight, working 1 hour a day, they are full of shit. Sorry to be so blunt, but that's just the facts. Run from these people as fast as you can. You need to learn some internet marketing skills, list building skills, etc., etc...

Ebay sales are declining, and even powersellers are leaving in droves. There are other sites that are starting to take off because of this. Check out ecrater.com for one. It's free to use, free to list.

I paid good money to a couple of years ago for a lifetime membership to a wholesaling & dropshipping club. It was worth the money, as they have done the research for you and found the good, legitimate wholesalers & dropshippers.

I can point you to a couple of good dropshippers if you're interested. These are ones that I've dealt with and have always had good business relations with...
