Chrome mystery item
Time to play "name that thing" again. This is two photos pasted together so the whole item can be seen (so forgive the perspective weirdness).

I have NO idea what this might be. It's fairly big, at least 2 feet across by about 8-10 inches. And I suppose it's meant to be screwed to the wall, although in which orientation, - but my best guess is lengthwise, with the larger parts on the bottom (as in the photo).

First I thought: towel rack? no. Wine rack? no. ???

Art? Just wall art?

1. Now that I'm looking at it again, sports is coming to mind
Some sort of rack for sporting equipment?

A place for the cheerleading squad to hold their megaphone things?

2. For hanging stemware?
Since there are 8 slots, maybe that's it.

3. I think I know now
It's upside down, but a wine bottle fits perfectly. Or maybe syrup bottles, something with a dispenser cap. Like those snow cone flavors.

4. Have seen that somewhere; thinking it should be vertical, not horizontal
But, if you use it horizontally, you could put something such as these in it for a pretty display ;)
