Looking for two lids
I need a lid for a Hall Albany Teapot, turquoise/teal green, with gold trim. I also need a lid for a Hull Apple Cookie Jar, the one that might not be Hull. I don't want to spend more than $5 on either of them, shipping will be at least that much on top of the price of the lid. If you happen to run across them in your rummaging, it would be very much appreciated!

1. I need a lid for a Hall Illinois teapot in cobalt and gold. Also,
a punchbowl for a Jeannette shell pink set, a base for a Red Wing yellow chef cookie jar, a Shelley Blue Rock Demi cup and a Shelley Columbine regular cup.

11. I was checking your patterns on Ebay
There's a platter with handles for just $10, in case you don't have it or want an extra one. That's a really pretty pattern. I wasn't familiar with Shelley china.

12. Thanks. I'm just looking for the Columbine cup so I can resell
it as a cup and saucer set. Shelley items are very collectable, especially the miniature teacup and saucer sets. I found one at a church sale last year for a quarter and sold it for over $100.

2. Links to photos?
Can you find images, maybe using Google Image search? I'm much more likely to remember if I've got a visual of it.

Is this the Hall teapot:

Or is it more like this style (I'm not familiar with the various style names, and I guess I'm not the only one, lots of ebay listings just say "Hall Teapot"):

http://cgi.ebay.com/Hall-6-Cup-Cobalt-Decorated-Teapot_W0QQitemZ230266666287QQihZ013QQcategoryZ450QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

or there's this one:

http://cgi.ebay.com/NEVER-USED-40s-HALL-Teal-GOLD-STARS-6-Cup-TEAPOT_W0QQitemZ150265258658QQihZ005QQcategoryZ450QQssPageNameZWDVWQQrdZ1QQcmdZViewItem

oops, never mind, looks like this is the style:

http://cgi.ebay.com/HALL-CHINA-TEA-POT-Green-or-Turquise-ALBANY-PATTERN_W0QQitemZ250237124743QQihZ015QQcategoryZ450QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

ah, but now this looks like maybe the exact one. Yes?

http://cgi.ebay.com/HALL-CHINA-TEA-POT-Green-or-Turquise-ALBANY-PATTERN_W0QQitemZ250237124743QQihZ015QQcategoryZ450QQrdZ1QQssPageNameZWD1VQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1638Q2em118Q2el1247

Unfortunately these ebay links won't work forever, or even very long, so it's best to get the image separately or a link to a site that's less likely to change.

3. Hall Albany Teapot in Teal
Or, just rip the photo from the ebay ad like I'm doing here and that I'll probably burn in hell for. I've cropped it to show that I'm at least a little contrite about it. But at least it will be in the thread now. Is this the one?

5. Speaking of Hall teapots
I have one that I don't especially want, was going to list on ebay one of these days, if any of you collect these, let me know, I'd rather it go to a DUer than just any ole ebayer. And if it's for a personal collection as opposed to wanting it for resale, then you can have it for pretty much what it cost me plus s/h. If for resale, I'd take whatever the low end of ebays going rate is.

That pretty much applies to anything I'm posting about - I haven't really gotten around to selling any of these treasures I'm finding, but I'm fast running out of space and need to make room for new finds.

Anyway, the Hall teapot I have is the one with the aluminum cozy, the yellow teapot, like this one: Is there a style name for it?

7. It's a Hall Coverlet teapot and the color is called canary.
I have a small collection of Hall teapots, but have been downsizing rather than accumulating more, so I guess I'm not interested in buying. It's a nice teapot, though.

9. I found a little Hall thing a couple of weeks ago.
I don't really know what it's for, but it's marked Hall 2484 or 2494. It's also marked S.E. Rykoff. It's not a lid; it looks more like a small condiment dish or candle warmer holder or something like that. It's dark green outside and white inside, glazed inside and out but not the bottom. Three inches across from inner rim to inner rim.

If anyone needs it, holler!

10. I think you might have a trivet for a teapot.
I sold one on ebay about a year ago for around $35. If you post a picture I might be able to tell you for sure if that's it.
