I've had several lately. One buyer claimed her kid was using her eBay account, one just plain blew me off...very frustrating!

the negative feedback on buyers policy. I haven't had a huge problem with them, but whenever I list stuff I half expect that might happen. All you can do is file the ebay form and get your fees back and block them from bidding on future auctions.
