only it's robin's egg blue? The piece is a covered compote that is nothing special, but I want to describe the glass when I list it for sale.

1. from what I can see on the Internets, people just call it blue milk glass.
Is your piece a hen on nest by any chance?

2. No, it's more like a candy compote. I do have one very neat "nest" piece
I'm planning to put on ebay at some point. It's a milk glass bunny and signed by a company named Flaccus. A similar piece sold recently on ebay for $250. http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=140441898889&_rdc=1
