Do you guys ever wonder what the situation would be like there now if they'd implemented Joe's plan? I know it passed, right? They just never acted on it?

1. That's pretty impressive that both him and Jill are spending the 4th of July in

Baghdad.

It's hard to say about his plan for Iraq - from what I read it seemed like if it was implemented earlier it might have worked, but towards the last few years - nope. But who knows? Definitely not me :P

The area so complicated, it is hard to say what will or will not work.
