23 de mayo de 2009, 10:57Imagen activaLa Paz, May 23 (Prensa Latina) Attorney Marcelo Sosa, who is probing the case of a terrorist cell neutralized in April in Santa Cruz, revealed the intention of that network to divide Bolivia with attacks on strategic sites.

The scientific report cites secessionist intentions the group's leader Bolivian-Croatian Eduardo Rozsa Flores declared in an interview before dying, Sosa told press.

The Public Ministry representative also showed some photos with a series of elements and chemical components to produce powerful explosives.

The intention of the group was to spark violence in Santa Cruz to divide Bolivia, and avoid with attacks the military and police intervention by the country's regular forces.

According to police reports, samples in power of extremists indicate the presence of gasoline and soap components, to produce Napalm bombs that keep heat. Rozsa, Rumanian Magyarosi Arpak, and Irish Martin Dwyer were killed in a police operation at Las American Hotel in Santa Cruz on April 16. Bolivian-Croatian Mario Tadik and Hungarian Elot Toazo were detained.

The group had weapons and C-4 plastic explosive. They were planning to kill President Morales and other leaders, as well as generate chaos in the eastern department.

The Bolivian government approved this week a decree to confiscate goods to people and institutions linked to terrorist actions.

1. Thanks for posting on this event. Hope they clean it ALL up, all of it.
No doubt it's going to be hard, considering the presence of US citizens in it already, with Acha back in the US, hiding with his fellow "human rights" people.
