Evo just spoke, called for total rejection of U.S. bases continentwide.

Suggested tongue-in-cheek UNASUR establish bases in USA to control CONSUMPTION of illegal drugs, like USA is planning bases in Colombia to control PRODUCTION of those illegal drugs.

Alan Garcia now rambling about something or other that has nothing to do with bases in Colombia.
