US tries to create a new file against Venezuela

The Minister of People's Power for Communication and Information, Andres Izarra, warned that the United States is trying to create a new file against Venezuela during an interview in the TV program, Jose Vicente Hoy, broadcast on Sunday.
Caracas, March 17 ABN.- He said that the recent statements of the US President, George W. Bush at the Congress of that country in support of the Free Trade Treaty with Colombia and his direct attack against President Hugo Chávez, means a new phase in the political ties between Venezuela and Bush's administration.

Bush has the days counted while Chávez remains in the government, his international role has been reinforced and the mediator role in favor of the humanitarian agreement and peace for Colombia has been recognized; his role in the XX Rio Group' Summit held in República Dominicana also favored him, where we showed that we can reach agreements and solve very difficult situations.'
Izarra pointed out that Bush has changed his strategy due to he directly refers to President Chávez.
'Their defeat in the Rio's Summit has been so hard that they decided to change the strategy with a direct attack against Chávez Frías.'
