Only 49% of Colombians believe in democracy, while 85% of Venezuelans believe in it!

Interesting, huh?, which one the U.S. considers its bestest of friends in Latin America, and which one it condemns as being run by a "dictator." Those Venezuelans must know something that the U.S. government doesn't know about democracy, and maybe it's this: That democracy is at its best when it works for most people--and gets a really bad rep when it doesn't.
