SANTIAGO, Jan 17 (Reuters) - A conservative billionaire will likely narrowly win Chile's presidential election on Sunday, television channel Canal 13 said in a vote projection, putting him on course to end 20 years of center-left rule.

Canal 13 said Harvard-educated businessman Sebastian Pinera was likely to win with 52 percent of the vote, compared to 48 percent for former President Eduardo Frei. In the December first round, the station correctly predicted the outcome.

I don't favor conservatives myself but at least he can be voted out at the next election when people realize what conservatives really do for them. I do like Frei. I hope he gets those extra votes.
