National Embassy Hands Over Computing Material to School in Cuba
16 November 2010

Havana — The Angolan Embassy in Cuba handed over on Monday a set of computing material to the Angola Secondary School, in the ambit of the celebrations of the national independence 35th anniversary, marked on 11 November.

During the formal ceremony, the first secretary for consular matters, João Felizardo da Silva, handed over a computer, a printing copy machine that will facilitate the administrative work of the school. The school is attended by 560 students, among them 29 foreign pupils and six Angolans.

The Angolan Embassy in Cuba is implementing a series of activities in the ambit of the celebrations of the national independence 35th anniversary, whose main event was marked by a political and cultural session held last weekend.

The event was attended by many Angolan students in Cuba.
