This doc, Human Resources, is a fascinating look into behavior modification techniques on national scales - for nefarious purposes, usually industrialists/corporatists use of well developed techniques to dis-empower labor and control over society, but also to break and retrain military personnel. The doc tracks the use of extreme experimentation from animal behavior to human behavior modification techniques. It also covers the near complete integration of the military, industrial, educational, and governmental institutions to achieve the desired goals of capitalism using the modification techniques based on these experiments (some of which are true horrors of abuse and torture). The USA didn't just ship Nazi rocket scientists under cover (Operation Paperclip), but the Nazi Drs/scientist (many were wanted at Nuremberg) who performed extreme experiments (that were war crimes) on internment camp victims were brought to the US to continue their experiments - now on Americans.

This doc is a must see for most all who peruse this forum.

3. It certainly is.

I found the parallels of goals and results between modern assembly line techniques and education techniques to be fascinating. The creation of assembly line of production reduced the need for craftsmen - therefore production line workers have no irreplaceable critical skill set, thus reducing their bargaining power (and maximizing profits for the ownership/ruling class). Pupils in schools now have compartmentalized education based on competition and scores, therefore reducing development of critical thinking skills rendering them compliant to the corporatist/political agendas (maximizing profits for the ownership/ruling class).

Watching this a few times really is required because there is so much material covered.
