In Venezuela we had two long conversations with the president, a very friendly person, admirer of the FARC, and in particular of Marulanda.

Its very clear about the danger of Plan Colombia, and conscience of said war plan not only against the FARC but also bolviarian work undertaken under good leadership, with the support of many people and independence against the gringos.

Upon turning to the type of arms that we need and the dollars to buy them, he expressed he is out in front on that effort and we wouldn't need to talk for five years about their reimbursement (arms money), what is important is to get them and take power, once we are in the government we can talk about repayment.

He has good relations with Putin, Russian president, and he says through Putin we can look for an option. He says ye will start various works in his country and offered us some resources for the revolutionary fight. We have already inquired in that sense and lets see if we can start something. There are busineses that could associate with others already established witout having to invest in forming new ones, of course using top political relations.

The president is very interested in meeting with the comrade Manual. He says when we let him know when, he can be picked up near the border for long talks about every thing, and if he wants he can be taken to Cuba.

We talked with the Ministry of Energy and Mines, who is the current OPEC president, and we've met years ago. We had a interview with chancellor Rangel who in the name of the president ratified wthe willingness to help us. We talked with various generals, colonels, and important persons in the goverment, all of them very enthusiastic about our fight, they see us as strategic allies, they are conscience of the future new bolivarian goverment....they back our political position for the fight for power.

"En Venezuela realizamos dos largas conversaciones con el Presidente, persona muy amigable, admirador de las Farc- EP y en particular de Marulanda.

Muy claro sobre el peligro del Plan Colombia y consciente que dicho plan de guerra no es solo contra las Farc sino contra su obra bolivariana que marcha con buen liderazgo, apoyo de mucha gente e independencia frente a los gringos.

Al plantearle el tipo de armas que necesitamos y los dólares para comprarlas, expresa que se pone al frente de la obra y que no hablemos de cinco años para su devolución, que lo importante es conseguirlas y tomar el poder, una vez estemos en el gobierno se habla de pago.

Tiene buenas relaciones con Putín, el presidente ruso, dice que por esa vía buscamos una opción. Que el va a emprender varias obras en su país y que nos ofrece algunos recursos para la lucha revolucionaria. Ya venimos haciendo averiguaciones en ese sentido a ver si comenzamos con algo. Son empresas que se pueden asociar con otras ya establecidas sin necesidad de invertir en la formación de una nuevas, claro haciendo uso de las relaciones políticas por arriba.

El presidente está sumamente interesado en reunirse con el camarada Manuel. Dice que cuando se lo digamos lo puede hacer recoger por los lados de la frontera para conversar largo de todo y que si lo desea puede llevarlo a Cuba.

Conversamos con el ministro de Energía y Minas, quien a la vez es presidente de la OPEP, ya nos conocíamos hace algunos años. Efectuamos entrevista con el canciller Rangel quien a nombre del Presidente ratifica la disposición de ayudarnos. Hemos hablado con varios generales, coroneles, y personalidades importantes del gobierno, todos ilusionados y estimulados con nuestra lucha, nos ven como sus aliados estratégicos, son conscientes de que el futuro del nuevo gobierno bolivariano ...se fortalece con nuestra posición política de lucha por el poder".
