And yet no one gets investigated -- much less punished -- on Venezuela's state oil company, PDVSA. "Perhaps some day we will be able to establish responsibilities for the waste of the better portion of the one trillion dollars received by Chavez during the last 12 years," says former PDVSA Board member Gustavo Coronel .
