Humala demands that Chavez not interfere in Peruvian elections (Spanish)
translation mine:

Humala wasn't happy when Chavez called him a "good soldier" as many Peruvians took that as a confirmation of support for Humala.

-------------------------

We don't need that they tellus we are good or bad soldier, what we need is that they let us work for Peru. In the first place, respect us; stay out of the our national campaign, I'm not going to get involved in internal affairs of Venezuela.
-------------------------------

Humala added that the Venezuelan model isn't applicable in Peru, and that upon being elected as president he would give all the independence and force to the Central Reserve Bank.
-------------------------------

We aren't going to apply politics to exchange rates, we don't believe in indefinite re-election, we are going to respect free press and free expression, that is what I promise. (hahaha)
--------------------------------
