Hugo Chavez on top of the big July 5 shindig

Chavez today participated by telephone conference call from Havana with the national governing board of the PSUV (Partido Socialista Unido de Venezuela) meeting in Caracas.

He gave instructions for the regional and national organization of the July 5th independence Bicentennial celebrations.

It is going to be a big fiesta on July 5.

Thought of posting this on the big thread, but did not want the anti-Chavez folks to break down and
