During his presentation during the event, El Aissami assured that "2012 will be the breaking point towards the consolidation of the socialist homeland and of the new public security model.

(not the rest of 2011???)

El Aissami denied that the Chavez government is responsible for the insecurity and violence in the country. "If someone is responsable in terms of violence int he country, its those who governed in the past", he declared.

(hahahaha)
