Morales proposes to eliminate large estates, and calls indigenous opposing highway "enemies"
http://www.elespectador.com/noticias/elmundo/articulo-288921-evo-morales-anuncia-nueva-ley-eliminar-el-latifundio

Morales announced that he would develop, with peasant unions, a new law to terminate estates in Bolivia.
---------------------

Morales also complained again about opposition by indigeouns groups in the Amazon region concerning a highway from the center of Bolivia to the norht that will pass through a natural reserve of 12,000 square kilometers.

Morales accused the indigenous of being enemies of BOlivia and being used by the right, and asked them to reflect about the necessity of the highway, and oil and electric projects that are also resisted by ethnic groups for their environmental impact.
