Infant mortality rates.
Cuba still beats the USA http://www.ibtimes.com/articles/206534/20110831/infant-mortality-newborn.htm

Previous figures here http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_countries_by_infant_mortality_rate

Cuba's progress since the revolution is quite remarkable.

1. Wow, the US slipped from 24th to 40th in no time!
Thanks to the devastation by our vicious right-wing anal-retentives of the US health programs, and their war against medical treatment for everyone.

Cuba has brought the population forward so fast the days of internal parasites living inside so many Cubans probably seem like a bad dream, now, when it was as recent as 1959, actually.

The racist scum among us want to strip all this progress away from them, return Cuba to the racist feudal state it endured until the revolution, with the descendants of the plantation slave owners riding herd over a vast underclass of impoverished workers.
