1. Just CALLED it out didn't he?
And you're right, this week's Youtube had a different tone than we've seen so far. .... Although I DID get a little tickled when he said "and you will be punished too!" when he said that Yemen (with our help) had already taken out some of al qaeda's leadership and that they were prepared to do it again. I shouldn't laugh at such a serious matter but he just doesn't do the John Wayne thing very well (which is fine with me.) It's like during the campaign when he promised to "Kill Bin Laden" if given the chance. He said it through clinched teeth like he didn't want to say it (again, fine with me.)

I think, usually Barack Obama isn't real big on revenge. :)

2. Oh boy. Lizard will be on the Sunday yak shows to say yes it did.
Or Crashcart will rear his ugly head to defend himself again.

I'm glad Obama is speaking up -- but we need more of this to counter the bullcrap the RW is spewing.

3. 9/11 had evrything to do with war in Iraq !
Iam not disagreeing with your statement at all ! In fact I agree ,however 9/11 gave the bush administration an excuse to invade Iraq when the real reason for bush going into Iraq was two fold . He wanted to beat his chest for the attempt to kill his father and he also thru dickhead chenney had made promises to invade Iraq and give all the no bid contracts to maintain this war to halburton chenneys former employer who gave chenney a muti million $ early retirement bonus ! Th chances we will be hit again are more likley due to the increase in hatred towards our country by bombing Iraq and killing thousands of inocent civilians . The cost of the war has greatly increased our rate of and scope of our economic decline. It seems in most area's of our country the middle class has ceased to exsist ! People are working part time jobs at $10 an hour a pay rate that was considered the lower end of a decent wage in the 70's ,yet gas is at $3.00 a gallon housing cost is still very high . I live in San Francisco Bay area and the influx of imagrints with alot of $ are buying up real estate like crazy yet an Americians born and raised here can barley pay the rent ! All I see is the haves and the have nots ,this is no longer the country I knew as a younger man . I feel like a stanger in my own country ! RANT OVER
