Is "HEALTH CARE REFORM" something that can be considered "PUBLIC POLICY"? Is there something going on here that is being decided by "ELECTED OFFICIALS"?

If the answer to either one of those questions is YES, then the public (myself) has a right to demand that ANY deliberations concerning HEALTH CARE REFORM be made open to the public UNLESS it's a matter of NATIONAL SECURITY.
