Dick Cheney, a true believer in the NeoCon Doctrine, feels Barack Obama isn't strong enough in foreign policy. Cheney, the Prince of Darkness, has noted that even George W. Bush fell short of the glory.

I think Cheney's stunt is backfiring on him, at least I hope so.
