It's such a cynical business, and most of the people in the business are full of sh** and phonies, but I was real, man — and am real. This guy, he was catapulted in on hope and change, what we *hope* the guy is. What the f***? Everything he's saying's on the teleprompter. I'm blacker than Barack Obama. I shined shoes. I grew up in a five-room apartment. My father had a little laundromat in a black community not far from where we lived. I saw it all growing up.

12. As someone who's driven a taxi... I gotta say- Blagojevich is the man.

Crooked in a very comfortable way.

I'd pick him up in a hot second. I think it's the hair.

And I gotta say, Blagojevich definitely demonstrates more of the outsider "brassiness" that one associates with "being black" than Obama demonstrates. Whether one is willing to accept that "brassiness" as a true characteristic of "being black" is... up to one... but I defintely "see what he's saying".

Obviously... some will try to assert that the "brassiness" of which I speak is associated with the alleged corruption. Assert that what I'm saying is tantamount to an unconscious expectation of "corruption" (technically alleged)... but I hereby assure all those who might want to try to do so that such is not the case. What I'm talking about is an acceptance of the nature of the business... and a willingness to work the system... and I truly have the utmost respect for Blagojevich... and, as I've said before... I'd pick him up in my taxi... though I might want some money up front. :+

Cut the poor bastard a break, I say. His "corruption" is no worse than Clinton's... and it was when Clinton was fighting the blowjob bullshit that he was doing more than any other time to fight back the social "straightjacket" of conservative values. In my opinion... it was his most progressive hour... and right now is Blagojevich's.
