11. I think it's a net good.

My criticism is that as on its face, the proposal would protect the big banks from competition by creating another barrier to growth for the smaller banks, and it will do nothing to end TBTF.

The banks will just jack our fees so we will end up paying for it in the long run. God forbid a corporation not make as much profit as it can. :sarcasm:
