I have and it is extremely annoying. Phone banks are good but once someone commits to vote for your candidate you should lay off them until election day and then GOTV them. Otherwise you risk alienating them. I've made calls many times and know what I am talking about.

When you have multiple sources calling the same people over and over again they become extremely upset.
