Not just a majority, a very sizable majority.

I am not sure exactly what we were getting out of having 60 votes. To be honest, we might get more done without 60.

9. I can guarantee another thing. They STILL won't use it to pass legislation.
It's amazing how Bush got so much done with 51 votes in the Senate and we can't do anything with 60 (ok, realistically 56-57).
