So, can we get rid of Lieberman now?
Doesn't he lose his mystical "60th" vote now.

Can he NOW PLEASE be stripped of his committee chairmanships?

6. It is my understanding that expanding Medicare can be done through
reconciliation.

Lieberman must be flushed.

7. Apparently for the budget reconciliation the bill has to do nothing but
affect the budget - it can't have anything extraneous.

I haven't gotten far enough to figure out if Medicare could be expanded that way.

8. And it will send a strong message to other
"less loyal" senators: you mess with the bill, we mess with you. Let's whip some discpline into the remaining senators. Bush reigned the U.S. with 52 GOP senators!

11. I say flush him and Bacus as well
Take Nelson and put him in the toilet as well. Pelosi ought to do the same thing in the House. We are fucked after tonight and have nothing to lose. HC isn't going to get passed once Brown is seated. I'm pissed, this is so FUCKED UP! Fuck the Conservadems!
