1. You know what the situation reminds me off....

One time when I was a kid, there was this other kid in the neighborhood. For sake of discussion let's say his name was "Howard Dean". Howard was someone that nobody really took all that seriously, even though everyone knew him and nobody had any issues with him. Everyone just kind of rubbed his head, teased him, but still kept him around for whatever purposes they needed him for because he helped them out in a lot of ways.

Well turns out Howard was a skateboarding wiz. He started getting a reputation for being awesome at it. He had control, he could do tricks, he understood the varying terrains on which he would ride. And people started getting more and more impressed.

Well the group of cooler kids who kept Howard around started to not like this very much because he was getting a lot of attention for something other than him just being their sidekick. Even though they benefitted from how he was and what he did, they couldn't deal with people thinking his way of acting and being and doing things was right. So after a fight one of them stole Howard's skateboard and said that now THEY were going to try. And they'd show everyone how it was done. For sake of conversation we'll call those other guys Rahm and Tim.

Well Rahm and Tim then each took turns standing on the skateboard and trying to ride it, figuring "Oh, if Howard could do it, how hard could it be. Let's let the big boys show him and everyone else how it's done."

And every single one of them fell flat on their asses.
