I got this quote from an email from radio lefty Jon Elliott, presumably sent to his whole mailing list.

However, I checked google and I'm not able to find an interview quoting Obama as giving that answer to that question, but this may be due to my unimpressive google skills.

Can anyone else find a quote that confirms this? If not, I can reply to the email and ask for a link. I can't see Elliott pulling that quote from thin air.
