From how i read it, the corporate expenditures are independent of the campaign...
in other words, they are bound to be set like the 527s that we have all come to love and hate only without the time line and contribution restrictions.

I wonder if those expenditures will be tax deductible for corporations?

If they are, then one could make a case to make individual contributions to a 527 also deductible from income before taxes.

There are some very interesting fall outs from what the supreme ruled yesterday.

Perhaps someone will figure out some small, smart way to trap them as they seek more influence.

2. Let's get down to REGULATING these corporations
If we can't ban their "contributions", at least we can regulate their fiscal actions. A well placed law or two governing how corporate officers can spend their shareholders money could nip this in the bud.
