Her plane took in supplies and took out refugees. A photo of her and their President sends a signal. Bill Clinton, in one of the interviews spoke of going only because there were things that he needed to do related to his UN job. Other than that only Rendell was there - his mission was humanitarian, but he likely could have waited. Other than that I know of no government official.

long before SOS Clinton arrived in Haiti....But I know many Americans who are on the ground in Haiti are for what ever reason, are trying to trash our country and the Administration...but my first thought upon reading what this man had to say was maybe America should just pull out...I know that is not an option Our help is needed and we have a responsibility to respond...My Church has a Mission in Haiti, and I know the conditions on a good day, so can imagin what it is like now.

18. This LIE got out of proportion by FOX because there's a crumb of truth to having

to provide "extra security" for VIPs. That did delay a few flights and there were complaints from numerous Aid Organizations.

No, the Sec of State was not keyed out in EuroNews (what I view) but none the less, there were complaints that EXTRA TROOP PLANES were let in ahead of Aid in order to provide security for the VIPS.

Nothing in this world is perfect, the right wingers just took the complaints to an INSANE LEVEL of absurdity.
