5. How are they measuring "success"? Is the writer 21 years old?

Has Obama passed a lot of little bills?

Maybe so.

But all together they don't add up to nation-changing bills (good ones and bad ones) such as the Civil Rights Act, Medicare, and the restructuring of the tax code.

It sounds as if the Washington Post simply received the same DLC press release that several DUers have posted.
