I'd also call for a special task force, armed with thousands of investigators to look into crimes committed by the big banks- both to put a fire under their brazen, 7 figure bonus butts, and also to make sure that at least a few thousand offenders found out that the consequences of financial fraud can be greater than their potential rewards.
