CNN, would 'someone who's consistent on debt worries' vote for both of Bush's unfunded tax cuts?
No, they would not, Senator Judd Gregg. The hysterical concern about the debt you voiced today rings hollow at best.

1. The GOP owes Kerry a major apology - he was against unfunded spending increases
The votes that they ridiculed him for in 2004 were that he voted for the $87 billion supplemental bill in the version where it was funded by rolling back the Bush tax cut on the wealthiest Americans - then cast a protest vote when they opted not to fund it.

2. It seems it's only Democrats who are fiscally responsible. Republicans are totally hypocritical.
