President would sign it. What I don't expect from him or the Democratic Party leadership is for either the President or the Democratic Party congressional leadership to take a strong enough stand to move the political will of Congress in that direction and to genuinely confront the power of special interest and make this or any other major and sweeping progressive action actually happen; action that actually challenges and opposes in a major way the power of the moneyed interest that actually run the country.
