There is going to be a vote on reconciliation, and once passed, a House rule will determine that the Senate abomination (aka HCR) will have pass as well.

Pelosi doesn't have the votes for the Senate bill, she has to come up with another way of passing it without an up-or-down vote.

While Obama is against equality for some groups of people.
Dennis stands for equal rights and non discrimination, while Obama favors continued discrimination and inequality. It is that simple.
Some are unhappy that voices that support equality exist. They highlight the brittle and outdated voices of prejudice.
So you need to have a box for 'who do you trust' and 'who has earned that trust'. You need one for 'who has had surrogates slander your people' and 'who has stood always with your people'.

Some of us have memories longer than a news cycle. The enemies of Kucinich are momentary tantrum throwers who did not even think to run a Democratic opponent to him, for all their fury and frothing. The friends of Kucinich are friends he has earned long ago.

And the OTHER reason is IF he were going to make a BIG show of voting "no" .... the Dems and WH would be all over this. The President would hold a 10 press conference "to discuss my birth certificate!" or something that would draw attention AWAY from Kucinich.

Instead, we have the opposite. The only sound you'll hear at 10am tomorrow coming from the Democratic party will be Dennis' pledge to vote "yes."

The only way he's doing this with the plans of saying "no" is because he wants something from the WH and is using this threat as leverage.
