Some bozo on Facebook posted something from the Orange County Register screaming about "deem and pass", and how wrong it was.

Here's my comment:

To put it politely, horse puckey. This is just another one of those things, like reconciliation, obstructionism, the filibuster, federal spending, marital infidelity, etc. that are only bad when Democrats do them.
Republicans don't want to admit that they want NO reform of health care at all, so they make it about whatever distraction they can . Today it's "deem and pass", which Republicans used 202 times while they controlled the House from 1995-2007, but is, suddenly, "unconstitutional".
How do I know Republicans want no reform? Very simple. What did THEY do about it when they had control of Congress for 12 years? Two things: "Diddly" and "Squat".

I'm not seeing the veiled sexual references in "deem and pass", is this some act the kids have re-named, but I haven't caught up to it yet? "Deem" doesn't sound very sexy to me, and "pass" reminds me of kidney stones.

Maybe that's the point, though?
