right after the CBO score was announced in the morning. Main point: until now he was not really asking people to commit. Starrting this sfternoon HE WILL. And he sounded pretty positive about having the votes.

The undecideds will go over the CBO numbers and likely announce their support shortly.
I wouldn't be surprised if we had all the votes we need tomorrow morning.

If your not going to be out front on an issue, for what ever reason, its better to announce at the end.
This bill is not going to pass for a lack of 5 votes.
